We are Flower Dragon Organics (Clare Chapman trading as Flower Dragon Organics and Baliena Flower Therapies, ABN 69 452 054 784). This privacy policy refers to our website, located at https://www.flowerorganics.com.au.
What is personal information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is any information that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. We do not collect, view nor keep on file any credit card or payment details as these are processed independently by our payment processors, eWay and PayPal (you can read their respective privacy policies in relation to handling your payment details here: eWay’s Privacy Policy, PayPal’s Privacy Policy).
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website www.flowerorganics.com.au, via cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties and you will need to refer to the legal policies of linked websites in this regard.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and for marketing. We will never share your Personal Information for secondary purposes (i.e. selling lists to other marketers, etc.). You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing or using the unsubscribe links within email newsletters.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
When you leave a comment on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your device’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be automatically provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/ (please note this is a service that is independent of our business and linked to using WordPress as our website software framework). After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to our website can download and extract any location data from images on our website and this is beyond our control.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment in future. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with and how long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Flower Dragon Organics will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information (to cover our time spent away from our business activities).

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
