Preparation: 1. Prepare your filling ingredients - assemble, chop, ready for adding to wrappers. 2. Dip rice paper wrappers into a warm bowl of water, take out immediately (do not let them get too soft), and let water run off. They will be soft and ready to be rolled and stuffed without breaking. 3. Once filled, fold 2 sides of the rice paper wrapper towards the middle and roll the wrappers so that they all seal together. 4. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
